If somebody should ask me what exactly I would like to remove from my daily life , the answer would be, directly and precisely: the monotony. A plentiful, delightful, fascinating life, that’s what many of us are dreaming to live.
All of us, modern people, serious minded, having strong and steady life principles are aspiring, face it or not , consciously or unconsciously, to have a way of living full of everything that is good, a real horn of plenty and why not, lots of exciting experiences.

So , that’s why I am writing now about a special event organized by NATHA YOGA CENTER Saturday , the 19th of November 2011. At 19 30. I was entering into ICHA HALL where there was taking place The Tantra Lounge workshop with a mysterious name > ,,Zenith Energy - From root to crown,,.
Once inside, I suddenly felt myself projected straight into the huge, hot, pulsating heart of the Black Continent - Africa. Guided by the drums magical rhythm, bodies were vibrating, twisting, spinning, bending, hands were rising and feet were stamping the floor. Initiated into the African way of dancing and singing by a charismatic African drums and dance instructor coming from Congo, all the tantra and yoga students and teachers as well their guests present here, have lived an original and exciting experience about how to assimilate and to harmonize MULADHARA CHAKRA, the root chakra, from where the life itself is springing , the source of energy which permanently is supporting and nourishing us, filling us with vitality and stability.
Everybody had quite relaxed expressive body motion, free and totally uninhibited manifesting themselves in that magic, full of essences and nuances, dance of receiving and giving that root energy, The Mother Earth Energy. Those exciting experiences of awakening and amplifying The Muladhara chakra energy were going on further, with other practical methods teaching us how to get from body motion to deep meditation.
As a last impression , here at NATHA YOGA CENTER, in that night, there was a healthy happiness.
And actually I can finish with this: ,,The way in which the sap is nourishing the tree , so does THE LIFE ENERGY nourish the human. Coming from deep mysterious roots, coming from Muladhara and bursting out forcefully towards the crown center, to crown the STATE OF THE HUMAN BEING. |
