We were a group of teachers and students from Natha Yogacenter who drove to Bucharest to contribute to the congress with seminars and to participate in the yoga competition.
It was an incredible warm and positive experience to be there. We were received with an overwhelming hospitality and openness of both the organizers and the other participants. There were teachers and participants from many other countries besides the Romanians and I experienced that everybody participated with the same common spiritual goal, and because of this there were an incredible togetherness and support in all the activities. We are all in the same boat, and wishes to preserve the authentic spiritual path and to pass this further to others.

On Friday, Martin Svensson and I kept a seminar about "Awakening the senses through tantra - as a spiritual modality." We made different exercises with the participants who were open and positive and I was positively surprised of how active they were in giving feedback of their experiences and their willingness to go into the experience. Several people came the following days to thank us and shared how they had felt their soul by going into the senses. The positive feedback was far beyond our expectations.

I participated in the yoga competition Saturday that was put to last 4 hours. I doubted if I should participate since I did not feel ready and not good enough. But decided in the last moment to do it and follow my heart that sincerely wished to participate, and then go against my mind that said no. Had the feeling I would make a fool out of my self and thought to myself that then I would at least win over my ego. We were 112 participants, I thought we would be between 10-20!! And thought the competition would be divided in men and women, but everybody was judged equal.

We filled up a huge hall and the competition ended up lasting 9 hours, from 15.00 - 00.00! To my big surprise I was full of energy and encouragement, and felt during the whole process a wonderful humbleness and self-transfiguration and experienced myself as a God disciple among others on the same path - all in their own process of evolution and coming closer to God. Understood so clearly that this is why we do yoga. It was not a competition, it was a truly spiritual fraternity of men and women all on the same path. Some were young, some older, some slim, some fat, some strong, some less strong, all on different levels with different qualities, with one thing in common - to walk the way. And I was one of them. I felt I was a part of a unity. A part  of something true, something loving, which is spread all over the world. My state all the way through the event was uplifted, open and humble. I enjoyed to be there and see the others performances. And had some amazing states  while doing the yoga exercises we had to perform, and felt the subtle support in the whole event - and experienced that the results of making the exercises was much stronger by making them so many people simultaneously. It turned out that I became number 7 out of the 112 participants and were given gifts and money. I was - again - surprised and had to smile of the way God was showing me that the one who follows her heart always win. And by dedicating to a greater purpose than yourself, is the greatest gift of all. To participate to the yoga congress was in itself a beautiful and soul fulfilling experience and a true gift.  The experience became and example of the Christian saying: "By giving you receive."
